Use your original APA password, even if you registered before the passcode update.

Forgot your passcode? First check whether Chrome, Edge, or your password manager saved it. We cannot see or email your original passcode. Secure email reset links need a reliable email provider, which APA has not enabled yet. Contact APA Support if you are locked out; support cannot retrieve the original password.
Your passcode protects your personal learning record, and progress syncs between devices when you sign in. If you joined APA before the passcode update, your original password still applies. New accounts require a 10-character passcode. Save your new passcode in your browser password manager. You do not need to verify your email to enroll, but this also means email ownership is not confirmed; secure recovery requires reliable email delivery.
